Something not right? Talk to us.

We want your experience with Phase to feel safe, respectful and supportive. If something has not felt right, we would like to know. You can talk to us about anything that concerns you, whether it is about your counsellor, our service, your personal information, or the way something has been handled.

You can come straight to us

You do not have to raise a concern with your counsellor first. You can contact Phase directly and tell us what has happened, in whatever words feel comfortable. You do not need to make it sound formal or legal. Email us at info@phasecounselling.co.uk.

What happens then?

We will listen, take your concern seriously and look into what has happened. We will keep you informed and explain the outcome to you. If your concern involves safety or safeguarding, we may need to act more quickly to make sure that everyone is protected.

Want the full details? Our full Complaints and Concerns Procedure explains how we handle complaints, what happens if you are unhappy with the outcome, and the additional options available to you.
